Not so long ago I spoke about participating in the liberated pixel cup with a game that I wanted to open source.
Obviously that can’t be the case now, but I hate to abandon a thing I started so I’ll try to update the concept every now and then and see where it gets.
And to show you I’m not just saying that, here’s an updated screenshot. That’s right, not only are there movable characters now, but they can also perform awesome attacks.
And last, but not least, I would like to thank open game art for making these nice graphical assets available under a permissive licence, the screenshots may not look like much right now, but I shudder to think about how mundane they’d turn out with my hurried replacement sketches.
